We aim to provide high-quality handmade products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days after delivery.
To be eligible:
– The item must be unused
– The item must be in original condition
– All tags and packaging must be intact
2. Customized / Personalized Products
– Products that are custom-made, personalized, or made on customer demand are not eligible for return or exchange
– This includes (but is not limited to):
○ Custom color combinations
○ Name-based or event-specific designs
○ Made-to-order wedding accessories
These products are prepared specifically for individual customers and cannot be resold.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request:
– Contact us within 3 days after delivery
– Share your order details

4. Return Process (Customer Change of Mind)
If you want to return a product (not due to damage):
1. Contact us within 3 days after delivery
2. Ship the product back to us at your own cost
3. Share the courier tracking details
After receiving the product:
– It will be inspected
– If approved, refund will be processed
Refund Notes:
– Delivery charges are non-refundable
– Refund will be sent to your bank account
5. Exchange Process
If you want to exchange a product:
– Contact us within 3 days after delivery
– Send the product back at your own cost
After Verification:
a) Price Adjustment:
– Higher price → customer pays the difference
– Lower price → remaining amount is refunded
b) Delivery:
– New product will be dispatched after:
– Verification
– Payment (if required)
– Delivery charges paid by the customer
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product:
Step 1:
– Contact us within 3 days of delivery
– Share pictures via WhatsApp
Step 2:
– Ship the product back and share receipt
Step 3:
– Shipping charges will be reimbursed after you share bank details
Step 4:
After verification:
– Replacement will be sent at our cost
7. Important Notes
– Requests after 3 days will not be accepted
– Used or damaged items (by customer) are not eligible
– Minor color variations are not considered defects
