1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if:
– Request is made within 3 days after delivery
– Product is unused and in original condition
– All tags and packaging are intact Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
– Delivery charges – Any service fees (if applicable)
3. Customized / Personalized Products
– Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return
This includes:
– Custom colors
– Name-based items
– Wedding/event-specific designs
These items are made specifically for individual customers and cannot be resold.
4. Refund Process
If you request a refund (not due to damage):
1. Contact us within 3 days after delivery
2. Ship the product back at your own cost
3. Share courier tracking details
After receiving and inspecting the product:
– Refund will be processed if approved
5. Refund Method
– Refunds are issued via bank transfer
– Customer must provide correct account details
– We are not responsible for incorrect information provided
6. Processing Time
– Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
– Banking time may vary
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product:
– Report within 3 days of delivery
– Share product images via WhatsApp
After verification:
– You will return the product
– Shipping cost will be reimbursed
– A replacement product will be provided 
Note: Refund is not applicable if replacement is available.
8. Refund Not Applicable If:
– Request is made after 3 days
– Product is used or damaged by customer
– Tags/packaging missing
– Minor color variation due to lighting/handmade nature
– Product is customized
9. Order Cancellation
– Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping
– Advance orders may be cancelled before dispatch
– Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
